Executive Chef and Co-Owner Ted Lahey has more than 20 years experience in the culinary field and incorporates fresh local ingredients into his inspired recipes at this homey neighborhood restaurant, where you will find classic Southern dishes like she-crab soup, fried chicken, shrimp and grits, and biscuit-breaded, country-fried steak.
Owner and Operator Ryan Pernice has created a food-driven wine program for the restaurant as well as Roswell's first bourbon bar, featuring a list of more than 40 bourbons, ryes, and American whiskeys.
