Enjoyed a Persian feast at Sufi’s, Atlanta, with a Persian friend of mine who was visiting from California. Salmon cooked over an open flame, served over greens and veggies accompanied by fresh baked bread and hummus. The piece de resistance were the veggie stews my friend ordered. Being Persian, she knew the best ones, of course. Incredible! Sufi’s is adjacent to another of my favorite Atlanta restaurants, R. Thomas’.
