It's Simple. Nothing fancy here. We specialize in Bar-B-Q, and since that's all we do, you get the best we've got to offer.
It's traditional. Southern, smoked pork "que" and ribs with just the right side items. It's hometown Bar-B-Q at its best.
It's good. Just what you want when you're hungry. Even if you're in a hurry, you know we've taken our time to make it just right.

Another place we tried recently that I liked a lot is Scott’s Walk-Up in Cartersville (on Tennessee St., just up from the Four-Way Lunch). The barbecue is good, but my favorite thing there is the Brunswick stew, which is right puckery with cider vinegar, like a good Georgia stew ought to be. I talked to the owner (Scott Panter, pictured above), who has won awards on the contest circuit for the stew.
