This Interactive Map locates the bridges and dams of the Flint River corridor, from the headwaters in Atlanta to Woodruff Dam on Lake Seminole near Bainbridge and then to Apalachicola, Florida.

Lake Seminole is created by the Flint and Chattahoochee rivers coming together in extreme southwest Georgia. The map pin above locates Woodruff Dam in Chattahoochee, Florida, which impounds Lake Seminole.

South of Woodruff Dam the waterway becomes the Apalachicola River and flows 106 miles south to Apalachicola Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
