Andrews - George W. Andrews Lake | Fort Gaines, Georgia
427 Eufaula Rd.Along with its sister lake, Lake Walter F. George, to the north, Lake Andrews is located in southwest region of Georgia. In the Chattahoochee River watershed, it is formed by the Chattahoochee and George W. Andrews Lock and Dam. On a map the lock and dam are sometimes hard to spot because the dam is only 1,500 feet long and the lake above it merely looks like the Chattahoochee River.
