Something for everyone at this  wildlife education center in Statesboro

Visitors to the Lamar Q. Ball Raptor Center learn about Georgia wildlife and take a guided walking tour of the center.

Adult groups, organizations and clubs can schedule a two-hour field trip hosted by Steve Hein, the director of the Lamar Q. Ball Raptor Center’s wildlife education program. Visitors hear fascinating tales of Steve’s wildlife travels around the world, enjoy a flight show in the Center’s amphitheater, and take a guided walking tour of the center. The walking tour includes an elevated boardwalk with a “bird’s eye view” of an eagle’s nest, including an eagle!
